We offer small group training and have expanded from 10 women two years ago to over 140 now on our roster. Most women attend 1 or 2 classes per week. The sessions are 90 minutes long.
1-2 times a week is enough to see results. We also offer goal setting and nutrition coaching which are extremely important to success. We will be adding more times as we expand.
The sessions are perfect for both advanced and novice members. You are closely coached through a series of rotating exercises and are instructed on when to switch to the next one. Sessions are very structured. We have an extremely motivating and supportive culture and you will feel at home right away. The level of effort required will reflect each individuals ability to perform the exercises. We have numerous options for each exercise.
We have had members lose up to 80 pounds and become the fittest they’ve ever been in their lives. Consistency is the most important factor to success. The best way to start is to chose a class that works for your schedule.
Again you only need 1-2 sessions per week to see long-term sustainable success. It works!

We do ask for 24 hours to cancel because we generally do fill up. We are very flexible and one of the most attractive things about our service is we don’t require monthly contracts or fees. You only pay for what you use.
We offer packages of sessions once your intro pack is used up. The price ranges from $11-13 per 90 minutes which is extremely attractive compared to similar programs for only 60 minutes. That additional 30 minutes makes a dramatic impact on your results over numerous weeks. The exercises are designed to burn fat and develop a defined and toned look as quickly and safely as possible. Our rotation includes a combination of strength training, cardio, lots of core; not forgetting back and butt exercises which are are typically forgotten but very beneficial.
